I went for a walk with a former colleague last weekend and the entire walk, he related a series of antidotes that, if I were to sum them up in one word, he was basically talking about how intense his life was. He had a rough childhood, and had significant health problems before even starting kindergarten. His parents and siblings have major health problems, and some have addictions. He has been in trouble with the law, and he is no stranger to conflict. He’s a super nice and positive guy, though, so he needs a break.

Near the end I asked him for his birth time and what do you know, he’s got Pluto opposite Mars and Mercury. Whew, talk about intensity. Pluto rules his 6th house (health and conflicts) and is actually in his 6th house causing all those health problems and conflicts. Jupiter, the 6th house intercepted lord, isn’t doing him many favors either.
Pluto is part of a t-square between mars, mercury, and his Ascendant lord (the moon), which is almost exactly on the MC. T-squares are intense, especially with the apex is on an angle like that.
He casually mentioned wanting to go to France, so I just picked a city in France for him (Bordeaux) and relocated his chart, and boom, he could definitely fall in love and get married there. Venus is on the MC, and Juno is on the DC. Moreover, the lord of the 7th house is marriage, Neptune, is sitting nicely in the 4th house of home and family, getting a supportive sextile from Pluto and a trine from mars and Mercury. That is some nice support for marriage.
His fifth house of romance isn’t as great, though. Saturn rules it and it’s in the 7th house, which is conjunct the south node. Saturn is also squaring Jupiter, although there’s a bit of mutual reception there. Saturn would also be getting some support from Uranus and Pluto.
Finally, it looks like Bordeaux would be nice for his health. Uranus would rule his 6th house of health, and like Neptune, Uranus is one of his best planets.
That said, I don’t know if I necessarily like Saturn (L5) conjunct the south node in the 7th house, but if I were him, I’d at least travel to Bordeaux to check out the energy. I think he needs to travel to Bordeaux to meet a wife, then move somewhere else to get that Saturn-South Node combination out of the 7th house.

Because he has such a nice Venus, I figured he could safely put that on the DC, so I checked where in the world he could put Venus on the DC, and that would be in Zhangye, China. However, in Zhangye, he’d have Chiron on the MC, which is not good for employment. If we go a little further south…
…he could have Venus on the DC and Juno on the IC in Yangon, Burma, with chiron a ways off the MC, although it’s still going to affect his MC.

Anyway, Astrocartography is a fascinating tool to help change your life if you’re looking for different energies in life. I highly recommend an ACG reading.
