Are you drawn to pray or meditate for certain parts of the world? If so, I am looking for people who are willing to share their astrological chart and answer questions about your experience. I’m looking to determine if there are any kinds of correlations between the geographical location you’re drawn to pray for and your astrocartography. I’d like to know “Do we pray for parts of the world that are associated with brokenness within us? Are we drawn to pray for places that are connected to some kind of psychological knot we’re trying to unravel in our daily lives at home?” The end result will be a talk that I do for my astrology school, Kepler College.
What is Astrocartography?
Astrocartography is the overlaying of our astrological chart over the globe- it’s a field of astrology that became popular in the 1980’s and it’s based on the idea that when we’re born, we’re kind of born everywhere in the world at once, and different parts of the world are connected to our various planetary placements in our chart. Viewed through a Jungian lens, each planet represents a different aspect of our psyche that wants to become integrated into a mature and individuated adult. Through Astrocartography, we can move to different parts of the world- or possible also just pray or meditate over them!- to access [or heal?] those different parts of our psyche.

What’s the Story Behind This?
I am a Canadian astrologer and meditator who has been been watching a lot of Near Death Experience videos on youtube lately where people come back after having really divine experiences on the other side. I have been surprised to find that often they have conversations with God, Jesus, or some kind of angel or guide who shows them how important prayer is, which has renewed an interest in me to start praying again. One night I was praying for Israel and Palestine, and I felt a very visceral “pull” to move over to Ukraine. I had a powerful experience praying for Ukrainian women who had been abused by Russian soldiers, and when I was done, I thought, “Wow that was amazing, I should look at my astrological chart to see what kind of connection I have there”. Sure enough, I have my Venus (women) line running through both Palestine, Israel and Ukraine, and my natal Venus is squared by Pluto (danger, abuse). I wondered if I felt pulled to pray for those places 1) because those places are experiencing war right now, or 2) because I have a difficult Venus line running through there. Suddenly curious, I started looking for other data points from other people I knew. If you are someone who prays or meditates for specific areas of the world, I would love to hear about your experiences.

Si oui, je recherche des personnes comme vous, prêtes à partager leur thème astral et à répondre à des questions au sujet de votre expérience. Je cherche à déterminer s’il existe des corrélations entre les lieux géographiques pour lesquels vous êtes attiré(e) par la prière et votre astrocartographie. J’aimerais savoir: « Prions-nous pour des régions du monde liées à nos noeuds psychologiques? Sommes-nous attirés par la prière pour des lieux liés à des difficultés psychologiques que nous essayons de résoudre au quotidien?» Le résultat sera une présentation que je donnerai pour mon école d’astrologie.
Qu’est-ce que l’astrocartographie?
L’astrocartographie consiste à superposer notre thème astral au globe terrestre. Ce domaine de l’astrologie, popularisé dans les années 1980, repose sur l’idée que, lors de notre naissance, nous naissons en quelque sorte partout dans le monde simultanément, et que différentes régions du globe sont liées à la position de nos planètes dans notre thème. D’un point de vue jungien, chaque planète représente une facette de notre psyché qui cherche à s’intégrer pleinement à la vie adulte. Grâce à l’astrocartographie, nous pouvons voyager à travers le monde – ou simplement prier ou méditer sur ces différentes parties de notre psyché – afin d’y accéder et de les guérir.

Quelle est l’histore derrière cette enquête?
Je suis une astrologue et méditante canadienne qui, ces derniers temps, regarde beaucoup de vidéos sur les expériences de mort imminente sur YouTube, où des personnes reviennent après avoir vécu des expériences spirituelles profondes. J’ai été surprise de constater qu’elles ont souvent des conversations avec Dieu, Jésus, ou une sorte d’ange ou de guide qui leur montre l’importance de la prière, ce qui a ravivé mon intérêt pour la prière. Un soir, alors que je priais pour Israël et la Palestine, j’ai ressenti un appel très fort à prier pour l’Ukraine. J’ai vécu une expérience intense en priant pour les femmes ukrainiennes victimes d’abus de la part de soldats russes, et une fois ma prière terminée, je me suis dit : « Waouh, c’était incroyable! Je devrais regarder mon thème astral pour voir quel lien j’ai avec ces régions. » Et effectivement, ma ligne de Vénus (les femmes) traverse la Palestine, Israël et l’Ukraine, et ma Vénus natale est en carré avec Pluton (danger, abus). Je me suis demandée si cet appel à prier pour ces régions était dû 1) au fait qu’elles sont actuellement en guerre, ou 2) à la présence d’une ligne de Vénus difficile dans ces régions. Soudain, j’ai été intriguée et j’ai commencé à rechercher d’autres témoignages auprès de personnes de mon entourage. Si vous priez ou méditez pour des régions spécifiques du monde, je serais ravie d’échanger avec vous sur votre expérience.
