Saturn squaring or opposing your ascendant lord will make you unexperienceable by the people represented by the house that Saturn is ruling, and loneliness will result. Saturn is separation, and the energy of the house that he rules will make a wide berth around you, like it can’t or won’t get close to you. Neither can the people represented by his house validate your point of view because they think your experience is always wrong.
For example, if Saturn rules your 3rd house (and is squaring or opposing your AC lord), your siblings, classmates, colleagues, and neighbors will need to criticize you or give you advice in order to interact with you. There will be some way they need to make you feel small.
If Saturn rules your 11th house (and is squaring or opposing your AC lord), you will not be able to feel like you fit into a community- you will somehow always be singled out as aberrant or contributing too much, or just not meeting the values of the group you want to join.
If Saturn rules your 7th house (and is squaring or opposing your AC lord), your spouse will criticize your point of view, and make you feel like you can’t do anything right. There will be a need to improve you. You may feel like your spouse doesn’t know you due to the fact that Saturn separates them from you.
If Saturn rules your 2nd house (and is squaring or opposing your AC lord), money will be demanded and extracted from you in order to improve you and your situation. It will feel like the banking industry and your bank account are always rebuking you. You may feel separated from your money in some way, or separated from you family values, unable to touch them.
Saturn squaring your ascendant lord is worse because it makes you feel like YOU’RE wrong and undesirable. You will get more advice on how to improve. When Saturn is opposing your Ascendant lord, it feels like the people associated with his house are abandoning you, but you feel like THEY’RE the idiots and you may not heed their advice or even hear it. Either way, you feel alone.
Thankfully, Pluto has left Capricorn as of three days ago (January 20, 2024) and eventually, its role in supporting Saturn’s bullying will abate.
